Portland Bucket List

In September, my wife and I are moving to Davis, CA for her to attend graduate school. Someone asked if we had a bucket list for our remaining time in Portland. We intend to return in a few years, and of course we’ll visit, but there are a number of things we haven’t done that I’d like to do before we leave. I’m presenting them here, in no particular order, for any friends who would like to help us accomplish them!

• Eat at Genoa
• Visit Enchanted Forest
• Poutine Crêpes with a complete complement of cheese curds
• Aebleskiver at Broder
• Burger at Toro Bravo
• Burger at Yakuza
• An afternoon of Puerto Rico
• House Spirits Tasting
• Eat at VanSchnitzels
• Epic games of Snow Tails
• Visit the Oregon Zoo
• Portland Art Museum’s R. Crumb Genesis Exhibit
• Eat at least one Kitchen Sink sandwich, one Oktoberfest sandwich and at least one smoked pork link from Otto’s Sausage Kitchen.
• Have a BBQ with a bunch of Otto’s sausages.
• Dinner at Biwa.
• Burger at Biwa (late night only).
